Evotym, an international payments provider, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive expansion across the UK, Nordics, Malta, and Baltics. This fully remote role focuses on building relationships with banks, EMIs, and fintechs, owning the end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to closing.

You will work with product, risk, and compliance teams to tailor solutions, forecast regional pipelines, and report results. English language required; fintech experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to banks, EMIs, fintechs and financial institutions.
• Ability to close complex deals with financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of payment infrastructure and transaction flows.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and business development across the assigned region, expanding relationships with banks, EMIs, fintechs, and financial institutions.
• Develop a regional sales plan, identifying target accounts and opportunities for acquiring, issuer processing, and white-label payment solutions.
• Build and manage a pipeline through your network, proactive outreach, and industry connections.
• Own the full sales cycle, from initial discussions and proposals to negotiations and closing.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, Heads of Cards, and payment and technology leaders.
• Collaborate with product, technical, risk, and compliance teams to address client needs and support onboarding.
• Take ownership of regional sales targets, forecasting, and CRM reporting.
