Job summary

Elavon Europe, part of U.S. Bank, is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to source new customers across the Nordics and Norway. You will develop profitable relationships with mid‑market merchants and collaborate with gateway partners to drive activation and revenue growth.

You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams while leveraging your payments knowledge and CRM skills to deliver end‑to‑end solutions. Hybrid work with onsite collaboration supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in the card payments industry.
• Fluency in written and spoken Norwegian & English.
• Completed university studies or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills and a proactive mindset.
• Knowledge of B2B payments and networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop profitable new business account relationships with mid‑market merchants.
• Source new customers and manage the sales cycle from negotiation to activation.
• Build relationships with technical and gateway partners in the region.
• Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payments industry and CRM tools.
