You will assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks, while developing strong communications with stakeholders and keeping documentation up to date in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business or engineering).
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in planning and execution of projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and timelines.
• Communicate with stakeholders and team members to meet objectives.
• Document project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision making.
• Participate in meetings and provide updates on project status.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
