Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Marketing Specialist for Norway and Denmark. The role is remote with travel and involves translating and localizing marketing materials, managing social media content, and coordinating advertising and events across the Nordic region.

You'll work with Norwegian and Danish sales and marketing teams, and with the Nordic and EMEA teams to drive digital campaigns and maintain patient and healthcare professional websites. Knowledge of diabetes and medical devices is valued.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in life sciences, marketing, business, or similar.
• Strong communication in Norwegian and English, spoken and written. Danish is a plus.
• Experience in social media and community management.
• Experience/knowledge of diabetes.
• Experience in the medical device or pharma industry.
• Proficiency with design/content tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.

Responsibilities

• Translate, proofread, and localize marketing and education materials.
• Create monthly social media content and manage digital advertising.
• Community management for Diabetes Norway pages and influencer collaboration.
• Keep local patient and HCP websites up to date.
• Coordinate internal meetings and external events/tradeshows.
• Coordinate advertising in magazines/newspapers.
