You will help train and evaluate sophisticated AI agents, focusing on robust orchestration across distributed components. You will collaborate with teams to write evaluation rubrics, debug agent traces, and stress-test agent performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience in live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
