Outlier is seeking contributors to shape the future of autonomous agents like OpenClaw. This freelance, remote role offers up to $50 USD/hr, with flexible scheduling and weekly payments.

You will help design evaluation rubrics, debug agent traces, and stress test multi-step systems while collaborating with AI projects. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of backend/AI experience and a strong track record in building modular, production-grade software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience with live tools integration and real-world deployments.
