Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder for a freelance, remote role. Earn up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments.

You can shape autonomous agents and contribute to AI development from anywhere, with flexible scheduling (5–10 hrs/week, up to 40 hours) and payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in backend engineering / AI automation and a track record of delivering production-grade software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integration.
