You will help shape autonomous agents by writing evaluation rubrics, debugging agent traces, and stress testing complex multi-turn systems. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, with experience delivering production-grade services and integrating live tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience in live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide precise technical feedback on behavior.
• Nice to have experience; example projects or PhD-level work is a plus.
