Job summary

Pearson Carter is seeking a Delivery and Resource Manager for a fully remote role. The position focuses on delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and digital transformations within a Microsoft Partner environment.

You will lead Agile Scrum teams, manage end-to-end delivery, and align resources to meet client and business objectives, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have Scrum Master experience.
• Resource management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project Operations, PSA or comparable resource management platforms.
• BC experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Project Manager role with scrum master/daily stand ups and resource management
• Own and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement.
• Run stand-ups that walk the board rather than round the people: short, decision-focused, blocker-hunting.
