Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment seeks a D365 CE Lead Functional Consultant to drive delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires deep CRM expertise, hands-on implementation experience, and leadership across multi‑module D365 CE projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in computing or business or equivalent.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 certifications desirable.
• Minimum 12+ years of hands‑on functional CRM experience.
• 5–6 end‑to‑end D365 CE implementations with modules like Sales, Marketing, CS & Field Service.
• Experience in presales and large client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Organise and document workshops with client stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and finalise project deliverables with the client.
• Interface with the Solution Architect to ensure CRM meets needs.
• Lead a work stream, make design decisions and document solutions.
• Deliver consultancy and configuration work per project methodology.
