Job summary

Partner Company is seeking an AI Video Creator & Editor for a fully remote, full-time role operating on UK hours. You will own the end-to-end process from brief interpretation to AI footage generation and polished editing for Meta and TikTok ads.

The role emphasizes UGC-style talking-head content, product scenes, hooks, pacing, and scalable advertising concepts. Strong English and remote teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in creative or video production.
• Hands-on with AI video-generation tools (Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Sora, Runway or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut, plus After Effects.
• Experience using Google Drive, Frame.io for asset management.
• Understanding hook-first, direct-response editing for Meta and TikTok.
• Strong visual eye to distinguish authentic AI footage.
• Ability to produce high-output, quality edits under pressure.
• Strong written and spoken English; effective remote collaboration.
• Full-time exclusive commitment (no other clients).
• Experience with AI image/tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, Flux) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate AI video assets for Meta and TikTok ads (UGC clips, product scenes, b-roll).
• Develop prompts, reference images, and generation settings; build prompt library.
• Edit high-volume ads by combining AI footage with scripts, footage, and assets.
• Create first-second hooks, pacing, subtitles, pattern interrupts, CTAs.
• Produce multiple concept variations and test different hooks and scenes.
• Maintain visual consistency; check AI content for realism and readability.
• Add motion graphics with After Effects or equivalent tool.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to implement briefs and feedback.
• Organize project files in Drive/Frame.io and track progress.
• Stay updated on AI video models and implement new workflows.
