Job summary

Jobgether, based in Norway, is seeking a Middle Affiliate Manager (AI Product) to drive and scale affiliate partnerships for an AI-focused digital product in a global remote environment. You will own day-to-day partner relationships across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models, helping turn affiliate traffic into measurable business growth.

You will work closely with Business Development to launch new partnerships, optimize tracking, and report performance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle affiliate account management.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Technical literacy in pixels, postbacks, S2S tracking, and attribution.
• Experience managing partner pipelines and CRM records with accuracy.
• Ability to build and interpret performance dashboards using data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale affiliate partners across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize underperforming placements with partners.
• Maintain tracking/ reporting infrastructure and resolve attribution issues.
• Keep partner records updated with contacts, terms, and next steps.
• Support launch and scaling of new partnerships with technical setup.
• Monitor competitor programs and share market findings with the team.
