Job summary

PMNow is a remote-only home services digital marketing agency delivering Local SEO, websites, Google Ads and social media management to home service clients across the United States.

You’ll be the main point of contact for a group of clients, ensuring our work delivers measurable results and that accounts stay with us for the long term. You’ll collaborate with SEO, ads, and web specialists and leadership to retain and grow accounts.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience with a track record of retention and growth.
• Strong SEO knowledge and ability to explain results to clients.
• Clear, concise communication with business owners.
• Comfort with difficult conversations and problem resolution.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for your assigned clients.
• Lead monthly performance meetings in plain language.
• Prepare reports linking work to calls, leads, and revenue.
• Review and proofread specialist work before sending to clients.
• Guide specialists on technical SEO and audit implementation.
• Respond quickly to client requests and coordinate with specialists.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose relevant services.
