Job summary

PMNow (Proven Marketing Now) is seeking a Website Developer to build, launch, and maintain Webflow sites for home services clients across the United States. You will translate designs into responsive sites, implement CMS structures, and handle migrations while collaborating with designers, SEO specialists, and the Website Project Manager.

Ideal candidates have strong Webflow experience, HTML/CSS/JS skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a marketing agency setting.

Qualifications

• Proven Webflow development experience with shipped websites.
• Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience building CMS structures and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch responsive Webflow websites from approved designs.
• Manage development across multiple client projects with deadlines.
• Build and maintain CMS structures, reusable components, and templates.
• Implement forms, tracking, and third-party integrations.
• Handle website migrations, technical updates, and ongoing maintenance.
• Follow technical SEO requirements and performance best practices.
• Test across devices and browsers before review.
• Resolve design, functionality, and integration issues thoroughly.
• Manage publishing and technical launch requirements.
• Keep the Project Manager informed of progress and blockers.
