Job summary

Gigs is expanding its global regulatory and compliance footprint. You will build workflows, design processes, ship tooling, and collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering to enable market entry while staying compliant across jurisdictions.

You’ll own filings, registrations, and reporting, and turn complex requirements into scalable, automated systems that reduce bottlenecks and manual work. Strong communication and cross-functional skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory and compliance roles in fast-moving tech environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into repeatable processes.
• Knowledge of consumer protection, privacy (GDPR, CPRA, LGPD), and infosec.

Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize regulatory and compliance systems.
• Lead end-to-end market launches: regulatory readiness and cross-functional coordination.
• Turn regulatory filings into automated, scalable processes.
• Define risk controls and embed them into products and workflows.
• Own filings, registrations, and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies and procedures.
