Job summary

Monil is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to ensure certifications and market clearances across international markets, working with R&D, product, and operations as well as certification bodies.

You will drive documentation, oversee filings, and help scale compliance processes as we expand from Norway to global markets, balancing hands-on tasks with strategic regulatory planning.

Qualifications

• Experience certifying electronic or hardware products.
• Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks and standards.
• Strong collaboration with R&D, product and external labs.
• Structured, proactive and able to manage multiple certifications simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Secure market clearances for hardware products (CE marking, FCC grants, other regional approvals).
• Coordinate certification activities with external labs and partners.
• Interpret and apply relevant standards for different markets and regions.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and support technical file preparation.
• Help establish scalable compliance processes during international expansion.
