Monil is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to secure market clearances for its hardware products as the company expands internationally. You will collaborate with R&D, product, and operations, coordinating with external labs to ensure compliance across regions.

The role requires deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks for electronics and hands-on experience in hardware development and certification processes.

Qualifications

• Has experience with regulatory compliance and certification of electronic or hardware products.
• Understands international regulatory frameworks and standards for product compliance.
• Has technical competence within hardware/electronics development.
• Can collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and external partner teams.
• Is structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple certification processes simultaneously.
• Enjoys solving technical and regulatory challenges in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Secure market clearances for hardware products (CE, FCC, regional approvals).
• Support R&D in designing compliant products early in the design phase.
• Coordinate certification activities with external test labs and certification partners.
• Interpret standards and regulations for different markets and regions.
• Contribute technical expertise to develop robust hardware solutions.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and support technical file preparation.
• Help establish scalable compliance processes for international expansion.
