Indie Campers in Oslo is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across a cluster of depots and ensure high service standards. You will coach Depot Leaders, drive fleet performance, and ensure SOP compliance while driving operational excellence.

We’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across a cluster of depots. You’ll ensure high service standards, strong fleet performance, and consistent execution of SOPs, while coaching Depot Leaders and driving operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Regional Director.
Lead and coach Depot Leaders across multiple locations
Drive operational performance and customer satisfaction
Ensure SOP compliance and service consistency
Monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions
Oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost control
Collaborate closely with Central Ops, Finance, and HR
Travel frequently (up to 50%) to support depot teams
Fleet management or vehicle maintenance experience
Process improvement + digital tools knowledge
Training, workforce planning, or team development experience
