Comfort Hotel Grand Central, part of Strawberry, is looking for a front‑desk team member (barception) who delivers a friendly, efficient, and engaging guest experience. The role includes handling check‑ins, check‑outs, bookings, guest sales, and providing local tips while maintaining the brand’s energetic and urban vibe.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcome guests with a friendly and no‑nonsense approach, setting the tone for a great stay.
• Handle check‑ins, check‑outs, bookings, and inquiries, plus guest sales from the deli and bar.
• Support guests with local tips and insider recommendations, creating connections beyond the basics.
• Keep the barpection buzzing with energy and positivity, working closely with colleagues to maintain Comfort’s effortless, urban vibe.
