Job summary

Comfort Hotel Karl Johan in Oslo is seeking a breakfast crew member who thrives in a fast-paced urban environment. You will warmly welcome guests and help start their day with energy, following the Comfort Breakfast Manual.

You’ll prepare and cook breakfast, keep the breakfast area clean and lively, refill during service, and work with colleagues to maintain the hotel’s casual, Nordic vibe. Shifts begin at 05:30 and include weekends.

Qualifications

• English proficiency and basic knowledge of a Scandinavian language preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a bonus, but personality matters.
• Morning person with flexibility for early shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, no-nonsense approach and set a positive tone.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcome guests with a friendly, no-nonsense approach, setting the tone for a great day
• Prepare and cook breakfast according to the Comfort Breakfast Manual and food safety guidelines
• Keep the breakfast room clean and tidy, buzzing with energy and positivity, working closely with colleagues to maintain Comfort’s effortless, urban vibe
• Refill breakfast during opening hours and taking care of dishes both during and after service hours
• Always following the Comfort rules and keeping our guest promise
• Work hours will be according to schedule with shifts from ealiest 05.30 and will include weekends and holidays.
