Job summary

Academic Work Norge is assisting a client in Oslo to hire a temporary Product Marketing Manager to cover six months of parental leave, with potential extension. The role sits within the Collaboration Devices team and works closely with Product Management, Engineering and Design, plus global Sales and Marketing teams.

You will translate complex technology into compelling customer stories, own product messaging, and independently drive marketing workstreams from brief to delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, technology marketing or related role.
• Experience with positioning, messaging, product launches and go-to-market execution.
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Marketing.
• Ability to ramp quickly, work independently and manage multiple workstreams.
• Has a valid work visa in Norway.

Responsibilities

Our client is looking for someone to cover a short-term parental leave. The ideal candidate should be available to start immediately and be able to cover the role for six months, with a good possibility of an extension.

Our client is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support their Collaboration Devices team as a short-term maternity leave cover for six months or further.

This is a hands-on role working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Design in Oslo, as well as global Sales and Marketing teams. We are looking for a strong product marketer who can quickly understand complex technology, translate it into compelling customer stories, and independently drive product marketing workstreams from brief through delivery.
