Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing and content creation skills in English.
• Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a small international company.
• Digitally savvy, with the ability to learn new tools quickly (AI-enabled tech).
• Interest in science, technology, or B2B communication is an advantage.
• Experience with social media management, website content management, CRM systems, and coordinating external partners.

Responsibilities

• Sales Enablement: Develop content and marketing materials to strengthen ORIVO's brand and support sales activities.
• Social Media Management: Plan and coordinate content across ORIVO's digital channels in collaboration with external partners.
• Customer Onboarding and Support: Assist onboarding and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent application and development of ORIVO's brand across channels and touchpoints.
