Job summary

Nordic Semiconductor is seeking a Radio Integration Lead in Trondheim to own how our short-range radio IP is designed into Nordic products. You will bridge the radio IP team with product design groups, setting integration methodologies and turning insights into scalable guidelines.

You will lead through expertise and cross-team influence, not formal management, while ensuring robust integration across floorplanning, power, clocking, isolation and verification. Travel occasional.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead technical work across teams and to communicate clearly with engineers and management.
• Structured approach to documentation and process, and the discipline to keep it current.
• Experience with IC design or integration, including RF/analog IP or mixed-signal SoCs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own integration of radio IP into Nordic products from planning through tape-out.
• Define and drive the integration and verification methodology across projects.
• Own the integration documentation and tools, ensuring quality guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate support to design groups, triage questions and drive issue resolution.
• Participate in review of test results and drive root-cause analysis when needed.
• Keep integration status and risk visible with clear reporting to stakeholders.
