Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Product Design & Innovation Analyst to join the R&D/Innovation Management team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Hybrid work arrangement with international collaboration and a focus on developing new products, technologies and sustainability initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with manufacturing sites, cross-functional teams and external partners, with opportunities to contribute to cost optimization and product performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering/science field.
• Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in R&D or related fields.
• Demonstrated interest in product development, sustainability or manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D projects from concept through validation and industrialization.
• Conduct laboratory testing, product validation and performance assessments.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and qualification protocols.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites to support scale-up and launches.
• Participate in troubleshooting during industrial trials and product implementation.
• Support cost innovation and sustainability initiatives through material/process/design improvements.
