Job summary

QCS Staffing is looking for a Quality Lead to support a Norway-based contract project within data centre infrastructure. The role focuses on delivering quality standards, inspections and documentation, and collaborating with CSA and MEP teams to ensure quality across phases.

The successful candidate will have a degree in engineering or related field and proven QA/QC experience in construction or mission-critical environments, with strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or related field.
• Experience in QA/QC, quality or project engineering roles in construction or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspections, ITPs, NCRs, and construction methods.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills; data centre experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
