Job summary

Sisk Group is looking for a Quality Engineer to join the Data Centre team in Norway. The role focuses on maintaining QA/QC processes across construction and engineering phases, ensuring compliance with project specs, client requirements, and standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, support inspections, audits and the closeout process. Reporting to the Project Quality Manager, you will coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to deliver quality deliverables, manage documentation,

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a quality or site-based engineering role.
• Relevant safety training (e.g. Safe Pass, CSCS or equivalent).
• Professional membership or certification in Quality (e.g. CQI, IRCA).
• Training in internal auditing, ISO 9001, or quality system management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the project’s Quality Management Plan, ensuring alignment with Sisk standards and client expectations.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify works comply with design, specification and procedural requirements.
• Manage quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, method statements, and records of compliance.
• Support review and approval of subcontractor quality plans and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Monitor and record non-conformances, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are identified and completed.
