Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering Physics, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience with Linux and scripting for test automation (e.g., Python).
• Hands-on experience with measurement equipment, test stations and fixtures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of production test software, test stations, fixtures, and related tools.
• Implement, qualify, maintain and improve test solutions for reliability and repeatability.
• Transfer tests and processes to manufacturing partners with consistent methods across sites.
• Contribute to new product introductions with testability and manufacturability input.
• Troubleshoot issues with Engineering, Quality, IT, suppliers and partners.
• Use test data to improve yield and production efficiency.
• Write work instructions and train operators/partners when tests change.
