Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Quality Engineer for its Data Centre project in Norway. Reporting to the Project Quality Manager, you will support and maintain QAQC processes across all construction phases, ensuring compliance with project specs, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, assist with inspections, audits and documentation, and promote a culture of quality on site.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of quality management principles.
• Experience with inspections and audits on large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and industry standards.
• Ability to review subcontractor quality plans and QC documentation.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Quality Management Plan aligned with Sisk standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with specs and procedures.
• Manage quality documentation: ITPs, method statements, records of compliance.
• Support review and approval of subcontractor quality plans and ensure contractual adherence.
• Monitor non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
