Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the Data Centre team in Norway. You will support quality assurance and control across all project phases, reporting to the Project Quality Manager, and drive a culture of quality on site.

Essential responsibilities include implementing the Quality Management Plan, performing inspections, managing documentation, and supporting commissioning and turnover to meet client standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of quality management principles and inspection processes.
• Experience in large-scale construction or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of materials, methods and testing procedures.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence quality culture on site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Quality Management Plan aligned with project standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with design and specs.
• Manage quality documentation including ITPs, method statements, and records.
• Review subcontractor quality plans and ensure contractual adherence.
• Monitor non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to site teams on quality procedures.
• Support commissioning and handover with validated deliverables.
• Develop project-specific checklists and verification procedures.

Education

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management or a related discipline
