  • Monitor ongoing site activities to verify compliance with project quality requirements.
Inspection & Testing
  • Conduct and witness inspections for concrete works, structural steel, architectural finishes, waterproofing, façades, and other CSA-related activities.
  • Verify that materials delivered to site meet approved submittals and project specifications.
  • Coordinate testing activities and ensure results are properly documented and reviewed.
  • Ensure hold points, witness points, and quality checkpoints are implemented and signed off as required.
Quality Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, test reports, checklists, and quality documentation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports for project management.
  • Track quality performance metrics and support progress reporting.
  • Ensure quality documentation is maintained and compiled for project handover.
Non-Conformance Management
  • Identify quality issues, deficiencies, and non-conformances during construction activities.
  • Raise and monitor NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support root cause investigations and verification of close-out actions.
  • Escalate significant quality risks to QA/QC management when required.
Subcontractor Quality Management
  • Monitor subcontractor quality performance and compliance with project requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to site teams regarding quality standards and inspection requirements.
  • Participate in subcontractor audits, toolbox talks, and quality awareness initiatives.
  • Promote a proactive quality culture across all CSA work packages.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with construction, engineering, HSE, commissioning, and project management teams.
  • Attend quality meetings, coordination meetings, and client inspections.
  • Support external audits conducted by clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure effective communication and resolution of quality-related issues across project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
