StaffHost digital in Oslo seeks an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead the implementation phase of a major Identity & Access Management programme. This delivery-focused role covers planning through operational handover, with close collaboration across business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.

You will manage the implementation plan, coordinate across IAM, HR, ServiceNow and SAP, handle risks and dependencies, and ensure security and business objectives are met.

We're supporting a leading international consultancy with an opportunity for an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead the implementation phase of a significant Identity & Access Management (IAM) programme in Oslo.

This is a delivery-focused position, taking responsibility for the programme from implementation planning through to operational handover.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external implementation partners to ensure the programme is delivered successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Own the IAM implementation plan, including scope, timelines, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery across IAM, HR, ServiceNow, SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Manage external implementation partners and internal technical teams.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, steering committee reporting and key decision-making processes.
• Oversee change management, business readiness and the transition into ongoing operations.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned with business objectives, security requirements and agreed milestones.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience managing complex IT transformation or implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), ideally including identity governance and access lifecycle processes.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and managing programme risks and dependencies.
• Experience delivering projects within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Fluent Norwegian and English communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, SAP or enterprise IAM implementations would be particularly valuable.
