• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring all members are clear on their roles and responsibilities
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues that may impact timelines or budget
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and clients regularly, addressing any concerns or feedback
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed within agreed upon parameters
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different departments involved in the project
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions for future projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards a common goal
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello or Microsoft Project
