PPOAR is seeking a skilled Project Manager in Oslo, Norway, to oversee projects from initiation to completion. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to plan, organize, and delegate tasks efficiently.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, monitor milestones, and report progress to stakeholders while addressing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. A sponsorship-free work eligibility is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
• Ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in Os without sponsorship.
