StaffHost digital in Oslo seeks an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead the implementation phase of a major Identity & Access Management programme. This delivery-focused role covers planning through operational handover, with close collaboration across business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.

You will manage the implementation plan, coordinate across IAM, HR, ServiceNow and SAP, handle risks and dependencies, and ensure security and business objectives are met.

Competenze

• Managing complex IT transformation or implementation projects.
• IAM knowledge including identity governance and access lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams and vendors.
• Fluent Norwegian and English communication.

Mansioni

• Own the IAM implementation plan, including scope, timelines, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery across IAM, HR, ServiceNow, SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Manage external implementation partners and internal technical teams.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and steering committee reporting.
• Oversee change management and transition into operations.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and security requirements.
