Job summary

DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING NORWAY AS is expanding its Nordic Datacenter & Industrial Solutions team. The role focuses on supporting projects across Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden with documentation, planning and handover processes.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Technical Leads, technicians, suppliers and customers to ensure information flows stay aligned from start to finish, while helping develop tools and templates for the Nordic region.

• Experience in project support, coordination, or engineering.
• Comfortable with technical documentation and drawings.
• Strong digital skills and experience with project or business management systems.
• Communication in English.

• Prepare, maintain and manage project, commissioning and handover documentation.

Daikin is strengthening its Nordic Datacenter & Industrial Solutions team and is looking for a Project Management Assistant to support projects across Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden.

Working closely with Project Managers, Technical Leads, technicians, suppliers and customers, you will help ensure that information, documentation and project activities stay aligned from project start to final handover.

Beyond supporting individual projects, you will also contribute to the continued development of the tools, systems and work processes that support project delivery across the Nordic organisation.

You will become part of a growing Nordic project organisation where people contribute, share ideas and help improve the way we work.

Your responsibilities

Prepare, maintain and manage project, commissioning and handover documentation.

Support planning, reporting and follow-up of project and commissioning activities.

Review technical documentation, drawings and engineering deliverables.

Coordinate documentation and information flows between customers, suppliers and project teams.

Track project actions, deliverables and deadlines and ensure timely follow-up.

Support commissioning teams with documentation, reporting and test records.

Maintain project information within project and business management systems.

Support the implementation and ongoing development of project tools, systems, templates and work processes.

Help improve documentation standards, reporting structures and ways of working across the Nordic project organisation.

Contribute to continuous improvements across projects and the wider project organisation.

We imagine that you:

Have a technical, engineering or project-related background.

Have experience from project support, project coordination, engineering or a similar role.

Are comfortable working with technical documentation, drawings and project-related information.

Have strong digital skills and experience working with project, reporting, documentation or business management systems.

Communicate well in English.

Experience from datacenter projects, HVAC, cooling systems, industrial projects or related technical environments will be an advantage, but is not required.
