Job summary

Akkodis Norway AS is seeking an experienced Delivery Team Manager to lead Proof of Value (PoV) projects in a global technology environment. You will oversee multiple PoV engagements from kickoff to handover, coordinating cross-functional teams across development, testing, UX, and SMEs.

In this role you will manage scope and commitments, collaborate with Sales, and align with product and development for releases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including development, testing, UX, SMEs, or similar.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with sales teams and engineering organizations.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Formal project management training is advantageous but not required.

Manage project scope and commitments, ensuring deliveries meet customer expectations

Work closely with Sales throughout each engagement and support customer-facing activities

Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure alignment with processes, releases, and dependencies

Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders

Identify and resolve blockers, scope changes, and resource conflicts

Drive delivery quality and consistency across a growing portfolio of projects

Report progress and risks to leadership

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Experience leading cross-functional teams including development, testing, UX, SMEs, or similar functions

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work effectively with sales teams and engineering organizations

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

Formal project management training is considered an advantage but is not required

Preferred Experience:

Experience from the energy, industrial, or technology sectors

Knowledge of pilot projects, Proof of Concept (PoC), or Proof of Value (PoV) deliveries

Stavanger or Kristiansand, ASAP, 6 months with possibility of extension
