Job summary

Leap29 is seeking an experienced Delivery Team Manager to lead PoV projects in a global software and technology environment. You will oversee cross-functional teams including SME, UX, development, and testing to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with customer commitments.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing priorities, and providing visibility on delivery status, risks, and timelines across multiple concurrent PoV engagements with Sales collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple parallel PoV projects from kickoff to handover.
• Coordinate SME, UX, development and testing resources across projects.
• Balance project priorities, resource capacity and competing delivery requirements.
• Own project scope and ensure delivery matches customer commitments.
• Work closely with Sales throughout each PoV engagement.
• Support delegated customer communication and client facing activities when required.
• Coordinate PoV activities with wider product and development teams.
• Align delivery with product processes, releases and cross team dependencies.
• Provide stakeholders with clear updates on delivery, risks and timelines.
• Identify and resolve blockers, scope creep and project conflicts early.
• Drive consistent delivery standards across a growing portfolio of PoVs.
• Report project progress, risks and key issues to leadership.

Delivery Team Manager – PoV Projects

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Team Manager to lead the delivery of Proof of Value (PoV) projects within a global software and technology environment.

You will lead a cross functional delivery team consisting of subject matter experts, UX, development and testing professionals. The role will take ownership of multiple concurrent PoV projects, ensuring each engagement is delivered on time, within scope and in line with commitments made to the customer.

Working closely with Sales and the wider development organisation, you will coordinate resources, manage priorities and provide clear visibility around delivery status, risks and timelines.
