Job summary

Syncrolift is seeking a Project Controller to manage cost monitoring and financial reporting for a dedicated project portfolio in Vestby, Norway. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, period reviews, and ensuring profitability alignment with the Management System.

You will collaborate with project teams, analyze discrepancies between orders and financial performance, support tendering with financial analyses, and ensure standard processes are applied rigorously.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in project controlling.
• Strong MS Excel skills and financial analysis ability.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand the commercial aspects of the contract and monitor financial progress.
• Prepare monthly reports and intermediate reports between monthly reports.
• Update financial status through period end reviews and forecast updates.
• Attend project-management meetings and reconcile paid vs billed manhours.
• Analyze discrepancies between order and financial performance and support tendering when needed.
• Ensure company Standard processes are applied to the portfolio.
