The role requires 3–5 years of project controlling, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of Dynamics 365 and PowerBI; you will collaborate with project management and the sales team to analyze performance and reconcile hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in project controlling.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and PowerBI is an advantage.
• Highly skilled in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure predictability in financial reporting for the project portfolio.
• Prepare monthly reports and interim reports between monthly reports.
• Monthly update of the financial status through period end review.
• Prepare monthly reports for performance review and assist with forecasts.
• Attend meetings with project management and reconcile paid vs billed hours.
• Analyze discrepancies between order (as-sold) and financial performance and support sales in tendering when necessary.
