Job summary

Falkor, part of the KONGSBERG family, seeks a project controller to oversee financials for a portfolio of projects. You will monitor costs and revenues, partner with project managers, manage invoicing and cashflow, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting. Knowledge of Excel and BI tools helps optimize reporting and commercial insight.

The role emphasizes structured, analytical work style and deadlines, with opportunities to develop best practices across systems and reports.

Qualifications

Ideally 1+ year of relevant experience from project controlling.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial economy or related field.
Experience with Excel is required.
Knowledge of MS Dynamics and/or Power BI is a plus.
Structured and analytical working style with respect for deadlines.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control actual cost and revenues against budget and current estimates.
Challenge and be sparring partner to project managers; detect cost deviations early.
Invoicing and follow-up of accounts receivable; manage project cashflow.
Hedge foreign currencies; monthly project and portfolio reporting.
Advise on commercial awareness and provide input to project management.
Develop and optimize reports, systems and routines for project controlling.
Contribute to budget and forecasting with project managers.
