Job summary

Easee in Stavanger, Norway seeks a Product Manager, Energy Management to own the energy-management hardware portfolio, including Equalizer products, accessories, and add-ons.

You'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Energy Services, Commercial, Product Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to shape strategy, build the business case, and drive discovery, launch, and phase-out across hardware, firmware, and software experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware products and possibly software.
• Experience turning customer needs into requirements and roadmaps.
• Ability to influence teams and manage suppliers.
• Energy/EV market experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, business case, and roadmap for energy-management portfolio.
• Lead discovery, launch, and phase-out of products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Energy Services, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership.
• Define value proposition and ecosystem integration.
