EVEREC is building a Product Design team in Stavanger and seeks a UX / Product Designer who can uncover user needs, reduce friction and make complex products easier to use across customer apps, installer tools, partner portals, websites and new products.

The role blends research, interaction design and close collaboration with installers, partners and internal teams, with some travel and a hybrid work setup in Stavanger.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX or product design focused on solving user problems.
• Ability to select and apply research and design methods.
• Experience simplifying journeys, workflows and complex information.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to explain design decisions and advocate for users.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research with installers, partners, support teams and end users to understand needs and challenges.
• Map user journeys, identify friction and recommend improvements.
• Translate insights into design concepts, user flows, prototypes and practical solutions.
• Simplify complex workflows and improve navigation, usability and product language.
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions, countries and time zones.
• Present research findings and design recommendations clearly, challenging assumptions constructively.
• Contribute to the development of design processes, methods and standards.
• Visit customers and partners when required to understand how products are installed and used in real environments.
