Job summary

DK NEJET seeks a Product/Project Manager to drive product strategy and integration with R&D teams in Norway. You will collect requirements, shape concepts with universities and technical centers, and prioritize roadmaps to balance quality, time, and resources.

You will analyze market trends in unmanned systems, radar, and communications, while managing hardware product lifecycles from concept to certification and ensuring transparent cross-team reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product or project management in technical or R&D environments.
• Ability to evaluate engineering solutions, define MVPs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, RF, embedded, manufacturing).
• Practical skills in risk management, project planning, and technical documentation.
• Understanding of the hardware product lifecycle, system integrations, and certification processes.

Key Responsibilities

Implement product strategy and integration initiatives in collaboration with R&D teams DK Nejet and partners in Norway.

Collect requirements and develop product concepts together with local companies, universities, and technical centers.

Set priorities, plan the roadmap, and coordinate implementation, ensuring a balance between quality, timelines, and resources.

Analyze the market, competitors, local regulations, and technological trends in the field of unmanned systems, radar, and communications.

Manage the full lifecycle of integration-oriented hardware products - from concept and prototyping to production readiness and certification.

Ensure transparent communication and reporting between teams

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in a technical or R&D environment.

Ability to evaluate engineering solutions, define MVPs, and make data-driven product decisions.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, RF, embedded, manufacturing).
