The NATO Joint Warfare Centre in Stavanger, Norway seeks an experienced procurement and contracting professional to provide contract administration, procurement support and financial oversight. The role is a contract consultancy for 2027 with potential extensions, largely onsite with some remote work after onboarding.

You will coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, review documentation, and ensure compliance with NATO procedures and security requirements.

Formación

• At least three years in procurement/contracting, incl. two years in government or military.
• One year of budget or financial administration experience.
• Experience with electronic procurement systems, ideally ERP (Oracle or SAP).
• Strong MS Office and Teams capability.
• English proficiency equivalent to NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3333.

Responsabilidades

• Administer contracts, purchase orders, amendments and modifications.
• Review procurement documentation for accuracy and renewal requirements.
• Prepare tenders and RFQs per NATO procedures.
• Support proposals, market research, delivery schedules, invoicing and payments.
• Prepare and review procurement documents and records.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external bodies including MoD as required.
• Monitor receipt of goods/services against contract requirements.
