Zusammenfassung

Multiconsult is establishing a new Group Procurement function in Norway to drive data, analytics, and technology across the Group. The procurement analytics and technology specialist will own spend analysis, reporting, and governance, collaborating with Category & Value Managers and stakeholders to build a modern, data-driven procurement operation.

The role offers the opportunity to shape procurement capabilities and governance at an early stage, including automation, AI and procurement tools,

Qualifikationen

• Higher education in business, finance, technology, engineering, analytics, data science, supply chain or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with data, reporting, analytics or business intelligence tools.
• Advanced Excel and data modelling/analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Interest in technology, automation, AI and digital development.
• Ability to communicate data and insights clearly.
• Fluency in English and preferably at least one Scandinavian language.

Aufgaben

• Own spend analysis and procurement reporting across the Group.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, KPIs and management reporting.
• Support Head of Group Procurement with reporting, performance management and decision support.
• Establish and continuously improve spend visibility, savings tracking and procurement metrics.
• Support Category & Value Managers with spend analysis, supplier intelligence and market analysis.
