Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Process Engineer for an ETO role on a fixed-term contract in Lysaker, Norway. The candidate will deliver high-quality process drawings, coordinate with the Design team, and ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in oil & gas or industrial projects, strong AVEVA/SP&ID proficiency, and is capable of working in a multicultural environment. AVEVA Diagram and BricsCAD expertise are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as a Process Designer in oil & gas, energy, or industrial projects.
• Experience preparing and maintaining process drawings and databases.
• Experience in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Proven experience with P&ID tools such as AVEVA Diagram, SP P&ID, AutoCAD, and similar for PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver process drawings with high quality and on schedule.
• Ensure effective collaboration between Process and Design departments.
• Maintain quality, schedule, and budget objectives for assigned work.
• Support digital engineering workflows and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and project requirements.
