Job description

Role Overview

Driven by surging demand for immersive and volumetric content, as well as new perspectives that can unlock creative storytelling, Muybridge is commercialising a genuinely novel technology platform across sports broadcast, premium studio production, and live entertainment. This comes at a defining moment for the broadcast industry: after decades of relative stability, the convergence of GPU computing, computer vision, and autonomous production is fundamentally reshaping how content is captured, produced, and distributed. The buyers, workflows, and value chains that defined the last generation are being rewritten, and Muybridge is at the centre of that shift.

Translating that shift into market conviction is the job of this role. The Product Marketing Manager will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and the commercial team, ensuring that what Muybridge builds resonates powerfully in the market, reaches the right buyers, and converts into qualified pipeline. You will own the full arc: from deep buyer understanding and competitive intelligence, through go-to-market execution and launch, to measurement and optimisation.

Because the Muybridge platform spans multiple industries and buyer profiles, this role demands the ability to tailor positioning and go-to-market motions for distinct verticals while maintaining a coherent and compelling brand narrative. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the scale-up stage - energised by building the playbook rather than inheriting one. You report directly to the CCO.

What You'll Do
Positioning & Market Intelligence
  • Own positioning and messaging across Muybridge's key verticals - sports broadcast, studio and network production, and live entertainment. Know our buyers deeply: how they evaluate, what drives their decisions, and where they get information.
  • Translate a genuinely novel and technically complex platform into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to distinct buyer profiles - from technical directors and heads of production to commissioners and C-suite executives.
  • Develop and own the platform narrative - articulating how Muybridge's underlying architecture and computer vision capabilities create differentiated, defensible value for partners, system integrators, and end customers alike. This is the kind of narrative work that turns deep technology into market conviction.
  • Lead competitive intelligence. Track what competitors are doing today, anticipate where they are heading, and turn that insight into positioning decisions and enablement tools the commercial team can use in the field.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify shifts in buyer behaviour, emerging verticals, and new demand signals relevant to Muybridge's growth strategy.
Go-to-Market & Launch Execution
  • Plan and execute product launches and feature releases end-to-end, coordinating cross-functionally across product, engineering, commercial, and content teams.
  • Develop and run integrated, product-centric campaigns that drive qualified pipeline, not just awareness - across paid, organic, email, and partner channels.
  • Tailor go-to-market motions for Muybridge's three priority verticals while maintaining a coherent brand narrative and consistent platform story.
  • Identify, test, and scale new demand-generation channels and tactics appropriate for a technically sophisticated, relationship-driven audience.
  • Design and execute partner and ecosystem marketing programmes, working with technology partners, channel partners, and systems integrators to develop co-marketing initiatives, joint positioning, and partner-facing collateral that extend Muybridge's reach and credibility in the market.
  • Support the commercial team with timely, market‑relevant content and collateral tied to active pipeline opportunities.
Sales Enablement & Thought Leadership
  • Create high‑impact sales enablement materials: pitch decks, one‑pagers, demo scripts, battle cards, case studies, and objection‑handling guides.
  • Train the commercial team on when and how to use them, ensuring materials are embedded in the sales process and kept current as the product and market evolve.
  • Develop technical marketing content - white papers, technical briefs, application notes, and architecture explainers, that speaks credibly to engineering and technical buyer audiences, including CTOs, system architects, and integration engineers, alongside commercial decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain a clear, accessible library of sales and marketing assets across the organisation.
  • Serve as an external thought leader for Muybridge through blog posts, LinkedIn content, industry publications, and webinars - building the company's profile in the markets it serves.
  • Support Muybridge's presence at industry events and trade shows, contributing to how the brand is represented in the field.
Measurement & Optimization
  • Own marketing analytics across the full funnel: track ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and pipeline contribution. Know what is working, stop what is not, and double down on what scales.
  • Assess the effectiveness of go‑to‑market programmes on an ongoing basis and report findings and recommendations to the CCO and leadership team.
  • Use data to continuously refine positioning, channel mix, and campaign execution - closing the loop between market insight and measurable outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in product marketing, ideally at a tech or hardware-software company. Experience in imaging, camera technology, semiconductor, embedded systems, computer vision IP, platform technology, deep tech, broadcast, sports tech, or creative tools is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in a market‑facing role: you have delivered presentations to customers, run competitive analysis, and shaped go‑to‑market strategy, with examples you can walk us through.
  • Proven ability to develop positioning and messaging that moves the needle with technically complex or novel products, translating depth into clarity without losing accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience marketing to technical buyer audiences - CTOs, system architects, engineering leads, and integration partners, as well as commercial and executive decision‑makers. The ability to code‑switch between technical credibility and commercial storytelling is essential.
  • Strong analytical mindset. Comfortable with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and ABM platforms, you make decisions backed by data and can communicate findings clearly to commercial and leadership stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. You can write compelling copy, present to a room with confidence, and distil complex products into sharp value propositions.
  • Collaborative and self‑directed. You work effectively across product, engineering, and commercial teams and do not need to be told what to do next.
  • Experience at a deep tech or high‑growth scale‑up where processes were built from scratch is a strong advantage.
  • Background in or genuine passion for computer vision, volumetric capture, broadcast technology, or the creative industries.
  • Experience marketing a platform across multiple verticals with distinct buyer profiles.
  • Familiarity with demand generation tactics and a track record of contributing to pipeline targets, not just top‑of‑funnel awareness.
What Makes This Role Exciting
  • You will join one of the first dedicated commercial hires at Muybridge, with direct influence on how the company presents itself to the world at a defining moment in its growth.
  • You will market a technology with no direct competitor, deeply protected by patents, across industries undergoing their most significant transformation in decades.
  • You will work at the intersection of deep tech, sports media, and premium content production - one of the most dynamic and fast‑moving spaces in the global economy.
  • You will work directly with the CCO and leadership team, with short decision‑making cycles and real influence on commercial strategy.
  • Oslo‑based, with exposure to a global customer base spanning major broadcasters, streaming platforms, leagues, and live entertainment producers.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • You will join at a pivotal moment - Series A closed, commercially proven, and ready to scale.
