Job summary

SAS, the Nordic premium airline, is seeking a Travel Advisor based in Warsaw to support Danish-speaking premium customers. You will handle inquiries, assist with ticket purchases and payments, and resolve travel difficulties over phone and chat.

You must be fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2), be highly organized, and enjoy helping others. The role includes a fully paid two-month training with a dedicated buddy, and the chance to work in an international, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and office-based in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls/chat.
• Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.
