Job summary

Wood Hotel in Bodø, at the edge of the Northern Norwegian coast, seeks a Breakfast Waiter to start the day with warmth and flawless breakfast service. Join a sustainable, premium hospitality team and help guests begin their day with great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will greet guests, present the breakfast concept, keep the buffet inviting and hygienic, serve coffee and tea, and collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure a smooth breakfast-to-lunch transition.

Qualifications

• Must be a morning person with energy to start early
• Experience from a restaurant, hotel breakfast, or high-volume catering
• Reliable, structured, and has an eye for detail
• Keeps calm and organized during peak hours

Responsibilities

• Setting the morning stage: Welcoming guests with warmth, presenting our breakfast concept, and guiding them to their tables.
• Maintaining a premium buffet: Ensuring the breakfast buffet is replenished, presented, and food safety standards are followed.
• Providing attentive table service: Serving coffee and tea, clearing tables, and handling dietary requests.
• Playing as a team: Working with the kitchen and morning colleagues for a smooth breakfast-to-lunch transition.
