University of Oslo seeks a 100% Postdoctoral Research Fellow in tumor cell biology within the Collas Lab. You will study microproteins regulating RUNX2 in cancer using cell lines and PDX models, collaborating with Oslo University Hospital and other partners.

The role aims to develop a research profile for eventual Associate Professor applications, with a detailed career plan and access to career guidance provided by UiO.

Formación

• Hold a doctoral degree – PhD or equivalent.
• If not yet awarded, the dissertation must be submitted for evaluation by the closing date.
• Solid knowledge of cancer cell biology and experience in tumor biology.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute PDX prostate cancer studies evaluating microprotein modulation and peptide therapy.
• Design and perform cellular assays to test microprotein function and transcription factor modulation.
• Maintain electronic lab records and contribute to data analysis.
• Present results at group meetings and prepare manuscripts for publication.
